The Four Cs Multi Academy Trust sets policy on how its schools deal with complaints. Any complaint should follow the various stages as follows:
Stage 1 - raised informally with school colleagues.
Stage 2 - submission of school complaint form (a) for formal investigation.
If the complainant is unhappy with the outcome of Stage 2, the complainant should use Stage 3 and complete form (b) below, whereupon it will be reviewed with the school and responded to by a Trust leadership colleague.
Stage 3 of the complaints procedure (ie completion of this form) should only be used once Stages 1 and 2, to try and resolve the concern, have been exhausted.
Following completion and submission of this form to the Trust, your complaint will be investigated by a Trust leadership colleague. You will then receive a response with the outcome of this review within a reasonable timeframe and as soon as possible dependent upon the complexity of the complaint. Further recourse beyond Stage 3 will then lie with the Department for Education.
Please provide succinct information in outlining your complaint.
